WHERE ARE LUMA NUVÉ PIECES MADE?

All LUMA NUVÉ furniture is crafted in Poland, in our own workshop located in Konin, in the Wielkopolska region – a place long rooted in woodworking and furniture making traditions.
We work with master craftsmen whose experience shapes every detail of our pieces. Having our own production space allows us to stay close to the process, maintain full control over quality, and honour the values of craftsmanship, transparency, and care at every stage of creation.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

At the moment, LUMA NUVÉ does not operate a permanent showroom.
If you are an architect or interior designer, you can experience selected pieces in person at BetterBetter, a curated design space in the heart of Warsaw (MazowieckaStreet), dedicated to contemporary brands and creative dialogue.

We are currently shaping our physical presence and future meeting points. If you would like to be the first to know about upcoming showrooms, pop-ups, and events, we invite you to join our newsletter.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD LEAD TIME FOR LUMA NUVÉ FURNITURE?

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY FURNITURE TO PRESERVE ITS BEAUTY OVER TIME?

I CAN’T DECIDE ON A COLOUR OR FINISH. CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE?

We understand that choosing furniture online can feel challenging – especially when it comes to colour and material. To support your decision, we offer material and finish samples, allowing you to experience the nuances of our finishes in your own space.

Our support team is always available to provide additional product details, close-up photos, or guidance. We can also share RAL and NCS colour references upon request.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to samples.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery within the European Union (excluding Poland)
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected products. The total delivery cost will be displayed in your shopping cart at checkout.

Delivery to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom
We ship to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Please note that additional customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are determined and collected by local authorities and are payable directly by the customer. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs or tax office.

Delivery to European Islands
For deliveries to European islands, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will inform you of the surcharge before processing your order, and you will have the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Worldwide Delivery
Worldwide shipping is available. In some cases, additional delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be necessary, we will inform you in advance and give you the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.

ORDER CANCELLATION

RETURNS – NON-DAMAGED PRODUCTS

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please note that only standard catalogue products are eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For safe transport, returned items should be carefully packaged – ideally in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully. If any item is missing, damaged, or shows signs of improper handling, notify us as soon as possible.
We kindly ask you to document any damage with photos and a brief description, ideally at the time of delivery. This will allow us to process your claim efficiently and fairly.
Depending on the situation and your preference, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full product exchange.
